Sensium designs and manufactures the TRACKbox family in Australia. The TB2 is the hard-wired in-vehicle workhorse for powered vehicles. The TB3 is a sealed, battery-powered unit for non-powered assets such as trailers, generators, and plant. TRACKbox 4 adds Direct-to-Cell satellite and LoRa alongside 4G LTE for fleets working past cellular coverage. All three report into one Sensium Connect+ dashboard.

TRACKbox hardware is designed for ten-plus year deployment, carries a three-year warranty, and is RCM certified. Some devices are still in service after seventeen years. The total cost of ownership is materially better when the hardware lasts the life of the vehicle rather than being replaced every three years on a churn cycle.

Sensium Connect+ covers live mapping, trip history and replay, geofencing with entry and exit alerts, pool vehicle booking with RFID handover, mixed EV and ICE fleet management, driver behaviour monitoring with scorecards, dashboards, and data export to CSV or PDF. It also offers a documented API and enterprise integration with tools such as Power BI, GIS, and ERP systems.

Yes. TRACKbox 4 combines 4G LTE with Direct-to-Cell satellite and is built to fail over automatically where the service is available. Direct-to-Cell is live in New Zealand and rolling out in Australia where supported by network availability and plan configuration, with Iridium satellite available for remote Australian coverage today. Where a vehicle is offline, the device stores telemetry and forwards it once a signal returns.

Yes. Every in-vehicle TRACKbox has a panic / duress button that triggers a back-to-base alert with the vehicle location. A LoRa-tethered duress pendant extends protection to a worker up to around five kilometres from the vehicle - built for lone workers operating away from the cab.

Yes. Sensium offers two free apps - Connect+ and Driver Connect - on both iOS and Android, so fleet visibility and trip information are available on a phone, not just at a desktop.
